We are pleased to announce the addition of Drone Surveys (also known as Drone Roof Inspections) to our services. The use of drones has revolutionized the way our industry works as it enables a safer, time saving and cost-efficient way of inspecting the property without the need to invest in the traditional means of access, such as scaffolding or a mobile platform. Furthermore, the use of drone technology can increase site safety, as this will eliminate the need for working from height as the inspection can be safely done remotely.
Our Drone Survey can be done as a standalone service, for example a roof inspection. Alternatively, the Drone Survey can be used in conjunction with our other services, including but not limited to Building Surveys, Specific Defect Report, Schedule of Condition, Dilapidations and Project Management. A Drone Survey can help to identify defects which are not normally visible, such as damaged roof tiles or a lifted flashing, which could progress to more serious issues such as damp ingress if not identified and rectified in a timely manner.
