At K&A Chartered Surveyors, we provide professional Architectural and Planning services to residential and commercial clients. All drawings are either produced by a RIBA Conservation Accredited Architect or Chartered Building Surveyors ensuring they are to the highest standards.
Our experience covers a range of sectors and regardless of the size or nature of the project, we provide our clients with a personal service complimented by our experience. We work in all sectors from residential extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments, commercial fits out to large scale new builds and conservation and restoration projects. With an in-house conservation specialist, we do lots of work on complex cases including Listed Buildings as well.

- Architectural plan design and draw architectural proposals for your project.
- Planning Application – oversee the whole planning process. We will prepare and submit a Planning Application to the local council and manage the correspondence through to your decision date.
- Lease Plan drawings.
- Architectural Plans following Building Surveys.
- Change of use applications.
- Advertisement Consents.
