We have used K&A recently for a residential property survey. Okan’s report was very thorough and the drone photos were very useful in getting a good understanding of the roof and some repairs the vendors had already done. Okan also got in touch so I could call him for a bit of further advice after the report which was also very helpful. I recommend this company (after it was recommended to me!).
