I had a 10/10 experience with K & A Surveyors. From the beginning, Sarah was very helpful she took me through all the different types of surveys so I had a good understanding of what’s covered and the timescales. Okan carried out the survey and I couldn’t believe how detailed it was, he even spoke to me 2 days after the survey to debrief me of his key findings. I then received my survey before the agreed date. I had to call Okan 4 weeks later to ask a couple of questions from our environmental report and he was more than happy to assist me and gave me some useful pointers before I move into the property.
